Mr. Lazy,

In response to your knitting request, I present the following:

This is a top-down improvised raglan especially designed for Mr. Simon Bear. I made it with: Patons’ Kroy sock yarn in navy blue, and Plymouth Yarn’s Happy Feet sock yarn in a slightly variegated red.

I think it has a charming school boy feel, especially with the short sleeves, and is much improved over that ill-fitting white sweater he was wearing.

Unfortunately, Simon did lose a bit of focus during the modelling shoot.

He is looking forward to being the best dressed bear at your library’s Teddy Bears’ Picnic next month! I hope you will have an official award and ceremony for him!

TTYS,

Miss Giggles

Miss Giggles,

Simon the Bear has been wearing the same sweater for a year and a half.

Maybe you would like to knit him a new sweater? These are his measurements:

Chest: 6 inches from armpit to armpit
Length: 4 inches from neck to midsection
Arms: 6 inches all the way around
Neck: 8 inches all the way around

Put it in your files for consideration!

Much obliged,
Mr. Lazy
